Fees for the URHP

URHP Full Membership Fees for 2007-2008

There is a 50% DISCOUNT ON URHP FEE if you are:

• qualified within 2 years of applying to join (NB. full EHTPA fee still applies)
• if you are over 65
• not working for 3 months or more due to illness (self or family) (NB. full EHTPA fee still applies)
• on maternity/paternity leave - maximum 1 year per child
• on sabbatical for 1 year
• joining after October 1st

Student/Affilate Members:£75.00

NEW MEMBERS ONLY: one-off administration fee of £15.00

Payment

By cheque only. In cases of financial hardship, fees may be paid in monthly instalments over a six month period. A maximum of 6 post dated cheques to cover the full fees MUST accompany your application form.

Insurance

A copy of your current certificate must accompany your application.

• URHP has a block insurance scheme with Balens.
• The annual renewal date for this is 28th February; this is only valid if your URHP membership is up to date.
• New members: you need to make your own application to Balens, telling them that you have been accepted as a member of the URHP.
• If insured with another company and your insurance expires during the year, please ensure that a copy of your new certificate is sent to the Registrar, for our records.
• The more members who join the group insurance scheme, the cheaper it is for all of us.
